Modern College of Education, Malerkotla is governed by the management committee of 'Teesra Netar Educational & Social Society, Ranwan (Malerkotla), Distt. Sangrur (Ph.)'. The society is a registered body registered under Society Registration Act (XXI) of 1860. The society has members consisting of educationist and eminent personalities as Chairman, Director of the Society. The society is non-profit making body and is fed by guidance of Punjab's famous 'Modern Secular Educational Society, Dhuri" well known for the services in the field of education. The society is serving the people by running unique institutions like Modern Secular Public School, Malerkotla, Distt. Sangrur (Pb.) having same aims and objectives.

To enable each student to develop the personal and social skills necessary for him to become a responsible, and active participant in the community.
